I went to Melbourne over the New Year and went to the mexican restaurant Blue Corn in St Kilda. If you are ever in St Kilda you MUST go there! I ordered the vegetarian taco and it didn’t disappoint.
Snapper with mango & avocado salsa
For dinner I grilled some pieces of snapper and made a mango and avocado salsa. I also made a salad and roasted some potatoes to go with it. Mango & avocado salsa 4 mangos 2 avocados 1/2 cup mint chopped 1/2 cup corriander chopped 1 lemmon juiced Mix all ingredients together. GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, SOY FREE, RICE FREE & EGG FREE
